    Thanks for the allowing me to be the “chosen one” :) I am certainly hoping that I’ve started a mayo making craze out there! And I agree, that charcoal grill stuff is so much better than gas. Just takes a little more prep time (nothing like pushing a button to start a grill) but so much better!
