Top 3 from last week!

Since you have been chosen you have been facebook’d, tweeted and pinned by Rachel!

Kristina from The Greening of Westford shares an inexpensive and super simple recipe for Thieves’ Oil. I’m partial to my Young Living Essential Oils Thieves blend, but this looks like a great substitute in a pinch!

This chai spice blend from over at Fox in the Kitchen sounds delicious and is made from spices I always have on hand.

Have you ever cooked your Thanksgiving turkey in a crock pot? Give it a try this year! Practical Stewardship shows you how.

  2. Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my new recipe for gluten-free gingersnaps this week and a savory gift recipe for Christmas – tapenade.

  3. Thanks for hosting this blog hop!
Also, I am a 9+ year breast and thyroid cancer survivor. The main reason I started eating whole, real foods and am avoiding processed refined foods is to rebuild my immune system to prevent the cancer from returning. I did undergo chemo, which just about destroyed my immune system, but I refused radiation and refused to take tamoxifen. I started my blog to spread the word about whole foods and nutrition.
This week I’m sharing a recipe for Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake. It’s sugar free and sweetened with pure Stevia, so there’s no artificial fake ingredients. Top it off with Stevia sweetened homemade real whipped cream and it’s the perfect holiday dessert. Cancer cells thrive on sugar, so being as sugar free as possible is important.
    Enjoy!!
