Thanks for hosting this blog hop!
Also, I am a 9+ year breast and thyroid cancer survivor. The main reason I started eating whole, real foods and am avoiding processed refined foods is to rebuild my immune system to prevent the cancer from returning. I did undergo chemo, which just about destroyed my immune system, but I refused radiation and refused to take tamoxifen. I started my blog to spread the word about whole foods and nutrition.
This week I’m sharing a recipe for Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake. It’s sugar free and sweetened with pure Stevia, so there’s no artificial fake ingredients. Top it off with Stevia sweetened homemade real whipped cream and it’s the perfect holiday dessert. Cancer cells thrive on sugar, so being as sugar free as possible is important.
Enjoy!!
Roseann, thank you so much for sharing your story! How wonderful that you were able to kick your cancer! Feel free to share my series with your readers if you think they will find it beneficial.
