Frugal {Local} Kitchen shares one way to help picky eaters – or just encourage good food culture in your kids – by taking them on food dates. Personally, my preschooler always enjoys the farmer’s market (but Frugal {Local} Kitchen has even more ideas!).

Ummm… these just looked delicious. Tessa the Domestic Diva does it again with these Healthy Homemade Fruit Cereal Bars (Gluten Free & Vegan – but it shares a non-GF option if you prefer)
